Sadao Watanabe to headline Asian America Symphony Orchestra

A very special appearance will be made by one of Japan’s most applauded jazz saxophonist, Sadao Watanabe. Mr. Watanabe returns to the AASA concert series and performs with the full Asia America Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, June 7, 2008, 8:00 p.m.
This concert includes: Beethoven's iconic Symphony #6 in F Major “Pastorale”; the Senior Division Winner of the 6th Annual AASA International Composition for Orchestra Competition; the World Debut of Maestro and composer David Benoit’s "Dolores Del Carmen” for Spanish guitar and Orchestra which will be premiered by guitar virtuoso Sir Angel Romero with the Asia America Symphony Orchestra; plus Sadao Watanabe’s “Charlie Parker and Strings” and other songs to be announced from the stage.
